Elizabeth Laferriere (she/her/hers) is a Senior Policy Associate with the National Center for Youth Law. She coordinates research, analysis and advocacy for policies that address and prevent child sex trafficking, and drives implementation of efforts touching multiple agencies throughout California. Elizabeth also co-directs the California Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC) Action Team. Previously, as a 2015-2016 Women’s Policy Institute Reproductive Justice Fellow, Elizabeth advocated for legislation advancing educational equity for pregnant and parenting students. She received an MPP from Georgetown University, spending a semester at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore, and a BA from Wellesley College.
